  The Difference –  Our Curriculum

Our Curriculum is strike based with the main discipline of influence being that of Taekwondo. The teaching curriculum itself is made up of two platforms, a physical development platform and a personal empowerment platform which delivers fitness with discipline.

Our physical development platform is the bringing together of two streams:

Stream 1: Various styles of martial arts* with a pragmatic approach to influence the needs of today’s martial artist

Stream 2: Fitness principles and applications

Our personal empowerment platform has many streams to it and as human beings we have being created with unlimited capacity to learn, grow and prosper however the two prominent areas that we focus on are that of Empowerment 1 (the conscious mind) and        Empowerment 2 (the subconscious mind).

Empowerment 2: Your thought patterns and blueprints for success


Our curriculum is different from that of traditional systems which are structured on a belt based curriculum. Our curriculum has being created, designed and implemented as a program based rotating curriculum and progresses the students within their programs.  Still utilizing aspects of tradition, the student’s progression is characterized by a colored belt and the discipline of wearing a uniform is instilled. Upon completion of their program, students graduate to the next level program.


*Various styles of Martial Arts that have being blended into our curriculum include: Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Hapkido, Aikido, Pankration,  Kenpo.

  Childrens Programs
  • Goals:
  • Be the advocate for children's excercise, fitness and physical activity through Martial Arts Training.
  • To administer effective behavioural training and multidisciplinary actions through implementing goal setting and challenge solving plans.
 
  • Objectives:
  • Promote safe physical Martial Arts Training in a controlled and fun learning enviroment.
  • Provide reliable up to date exercise and physical activity training through distance learning of educational programs.
  • Anticipate and instill achievements for our students.
  • Deliver the benifits of training in the Martial Arts
 
 
   Adolescent Programs
  • Goals:
  • Be the advocate for life skills, adolescent execrise and fitness with physical activity through Martial Arts Training .
  • To administer effective behavioural training and multidisciplinary actions through implementing goal setting plans, nutritional habits,  self awareness and high risk situations. 
 
  • Objectives:
  • Promote safe Martial Arts Training in a clean and inspiring learning enviroment.
  • Provide reliable up to date techniques and exercise through distance learining/training of educational programs.
  • Anticipate the needs and desires of our students.
  • Deliver the benifits of training in the Martial Arts
 
 
   Adult Programs
  • Goals:
  • Be the advocate for adult execrise and fitness with physical activity through Martial Arts Training .
  • Administer effective behavioural training to reinforce life skills through the actions and awareness of day to day tasks, self monitoring, high risk and hostile situations.  
 
  • Objectives:
  • Promote safe Martial Arts Training in a clean and motivational learning enviroment.
  • Provide reliable up to date techniques  and exercises through  distance learning/training of educational programs.
  • Anticipate the needs and desires of our students.
