Our  Martial Arts adult Program, Tae Excellence, creates the first step to a     
 complete Martial Arts System specifically designed for  the adult generation of
Martial Artists. If you would like to be stronger, more confident and have a

Tae Excellence is an authentic Martial Art, designed to get you into great shape
for life’s challenges. The classes are well paced, easy to learn and a great Workout! 
Each Class begins with a 10 minute warm-up where you will do basic punching
skills,   elbow and knee strikes, low kicks and combinations. We will then stretch
for several minutes and then move straight into our class plan. Our unique class
plans have been developed by our Master Instructor to give you the best work-out     
possible. For approximately 30 minutes, you will apply striking techniques to
partners, pads and shields  while the instructors guide you to correctly move,
strike, evade, lock, takedown and defuse dangerous situations.                                                                  
 Our cardio blitz is a high energy blast where you get to strike, hit and move
around our heavy bags  With high energy (music) and the instructors lead ,
the entire class works together to  create a synergistic environment where
everyone is working at a peak level of  performance and focus.

Additionally we entail floor work through out the class for a great core body
conditioning phased Workout as well.
